Ingredients :
- soak the Chickpeas for 3 - 5 hours
- 1 medium onion ( finely chopped)
- 1-2 leaves of spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1-2 leaves of cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp of Gram flour (Besan)
- salt to taste
Spices :
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
How to :
- heat cooker and add soak peas with water (You can change the water)
- bring it to whistle about 3 times
- take out only the chickpeas into the bowl
- add onion to the oil in the pan and fry until it turns to light brown
- add all spices cook for 15 seconds
- add chickpeas
- stir it for about 20 seconds
- add salt
- add gram flour stir it for for about 5 seconds
- add cabbage, spring onion & stir it for about 5 more seconds
- Serve the Stir fried Chickpeas
