Stir- fried Whole Yellow Peas (Kelichana)

Ingredients :
- soak the Peas for 3 - 5 hours
- 1 medium onion
- 1 - 2 leaves of cabbage
- 1 or 2 green chilly (cut into half)
- 1 tbspn vegetable oil
- 1 tbspn of Gram flour (Besan)
- salt to taste

Spices :
- 1 tspn of cumin powder
- 1 tspn of coriander powder
- 1/2 tspn of turmeric powder

How to :
- heat cooker and add soak peas with water (You can change the water)
- bring it to whistle about 3 times
- take out only the peas into the bowl
- add the chopped onion to the oil in the pan and fry until it turns to light brown
- add all spices cook for 15 seconds
- add peas and green chilly
- stir it for about 20 seconds
- add salt
- add gram flour stir it for for about 5 seconds
- add the chopped cabbage & stir it for about 5 more seconds
- Serve the Stir fried whole yellow peas
