Hakka Noodles

Ingredients :
- 2 cups of plain noodles
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium capsicum (thinly sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 small cabbage(thinly sliced)
- 2 green chilly (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tbsp of tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- oil to fry
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste

How to :
- boil the noodles for 3 minutes
- drain off the excess water & rinse them under running water
- heat oil in the pan
- add onion, garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- add cabbage, capsicum & carrot, stir fry for 2 minutes
- add soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, salt & mix well,cook for a minute
- add boiled noodles & mix well,cook for a minute
- Serve the Hakka Noodles
