Ingredients :
- 1 cup of minced chicken
- 1 & 1/2 cup of flour (Maida)
- 1 medium size of onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup of carrot (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup of cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 tomato & 3 red chilly
How to :
- boil 1 tomato & 3 red chilly (about 6-8 minutes) & add pinch of salt, grind it well (sauce)
- mix flour & salt in a bowl, mix well
- add water & knead into a dough
- mix minced chicken, onion, carrot, cabbage, paste, olive oil
- take the dough & make into a small balls and roll out thinly
- put 1 tbsp in the middle of wrapper
- pinch & twist the edges to seal & make sure that there is no opening
- steam in a steamer for about 30 minutes (oil the steamer tray before steaming)
- Serve the Chicken Momo with sauce
