Ingredients :
- half kilo chicken
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 medium carrot (chopped)
- 1 tbsp of garlic paste
- 1 tbsp of ginger paste
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 glass of water
- salt to taste
Spices :
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of garam masala (optional)
- 1 tsp of chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric
How to :
- heat oil in the pan
- add onion, garlic & ginger, cook for 20 seconds
- add all spices cook for 15 seconds
- add chicken, cook for 2 minutes
- add tomato & carrot, cook for 3 minutes
- add salt, cook for 30 seconds
- add water & bring it to boil about 5 minutes
- simmer for 15 minutes
- Serve the Chicken with carrot Curry
