Roti wraps with chicken

Ingredients :
- 2 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- oil or ghee as needed

Ingredients for the Roti Filling :
- 1 medium size of onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cup of boneless chicken (finely chopped)
- 1 cup of spinach
- oil as needed
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste

How to :
- mix flour & salt in a bowl, mix well
- add water & knead into a dough
- take the dough & make into a small balls and roll out thinly
- heat the pan over medium heat
- Cook each roti for about 1 minutes per side
- 1/2 tspn of oil on each side
- heat the oil in another pan
- add chicken, cook for 6 minutes
- add onion,pepper & salt, cook for 3 minutes
- last add spinach, cook for 1 minute
- put mixture in the middle of roti wrapper
- fold over into a wrap & cut into slices or your desired shape
- serve the roti wrap
