Pork with Mustard

Ingredients :
- half kilo pork
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 bowl of mustard leaves
- 1 tbsp of garlic paste
- 1 tbsp of ginger paste
- 1 glass of water
- salt to taste

Spices :
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of garam masala (optional)
- 1 tsp of chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric

How to :
- heat the cooker & add pork, cook for 5 minutes
- add onion, garlic & ginger, cook for 20 seconds
- add all spices cook for 15 seconds
- add tomato and cook for 30 seconds
- add salt & cook for 30 seconds
- add water & bring it to whistle about 8 times
- add mustard leaves
- simmer for 5 more minutes
- garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve the Pork with Mustard Curry
