Ingredients :
- 1 cup of plain macaroni
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of veg oil
- 1 tsp of ghee
- salt to taste
How to :
- boil the macaroni for 3-5 minutes
- drain off the excess water & rinse them under running water
- add macaroni into a bowl & mix macaroni with ghee & soy sauce
- heat oil in the pan
- add onion and cook for 2 minutes
- add macaroni & mix well,cook for a minute
- add salt & mix well,cook for a minute
- garnished with coriander & tomato (optional)
- Serve the Macaroni
