Ingredients :
- half kilo chicken
- 1 medium onion (paste)
- 2 medium tomato (paste)
- 1 tbsp of garlic paste
- 1 tbsp of ginger paste
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 glass of water
- 1 bay leaf
- salt to taste
Spices :
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp of garam masala (optional)
- 1 tsp of chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric
How to :
- heat oil in the pan
- add bay leaf, cook for 10 seconds
- add onion, cook for 20 seconds
- add garlic & ginger, cook for 20 seconds
- mix all spices make a paste with little water
- add the mixer, cook for 30 seconds
- add chicken, cook for 3 minutes
- add tomato, cook for 3 minutes
- add salt, cook for 30 seconds
- add water & bring it to boil about 5 minutes
- simmer for 15 minutes
- Serve the Chicken Gravy
