Ingredients :
- 2 bread slices
- 2 tbsp of onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp of carrot (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp of cucumber (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp of yogurt
- 2 tbsp of butter
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
How to :
- trim the edges of bread slices & cut into half
- mix all ingredients except bread & butter
- spread the mixer on all the bread slices
- heat the pan over medium heat & add butter
- add sandwich to the pan
- cook for about 1 minutes per side
- serve the Yogurt Sandwich
