Dal (Moong)

Ingredients :
- soak the dal for 1 hour
- 1 medium size of onion ( finely chopped)
- 1 medium size of tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt to taste

Spices :
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder

How to :
- add onion to the oil in the pan & fry until it turns to light brown
- add all spices cook for 15 seconds
- add tomato, cook for 30 seconds
- add dal, salt & water
- bring it to whistle about 3 times
- garnish with coriander leaves (optional)
- Serve the dal
