Ingredient :
- 1 small Fish (Pomfret)
- 2-3 leaves of spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small size of ginger (finely chopped)
- 5 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
How to :
- add salt & pepper to the fish and mix it well
- place Pomfret with 1 tbsp spring onion & ginger slices in a steamer
- steam for 15 minutes
- add garlic, soy sauce in a bowl & mix it well
- after steamed fish in a serving plate
- garnish with spring onion & ginger on top
- topping slices of lemon (optional)
- add sauce to the fish
- heat the oil in the pan & pour it to the fish
- serve the Steamed Pomfret Fish
