Egg Gravy

Ingredients :
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 cup of boiled rajma
- 1 medium onion paste
- 1 medium tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1-2 bay leaves
- oil to fry
- salt to taste

Spices :
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala

How to :
- remove the shell of eggs & fry until it turns to golden brown
- add bay leaves & onion to the oil in the pan and fry until it turns to light brown
- add all spices cook for 20 seconds
- add garlic ,ginger and cook for 30 seconds
- add tomato & soy sauce, cook for 2 minutes
- add boiled smashed potato, rajma & stir and cook for 30 seconds
- add water, salt and bring to a boil
- cover and simmer for about 10 minutes
- add eggs and reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 more minutes
- garnish with coriander
- Serve the Egg Gravy
