Ingredients :
- 1 leg piece of chicken
- pinch of turmeric
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp of garlic (paste)
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of tomato sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame seeds
How to :
- add salt, turmeric & pepper to the chicken
- Set the oil to heat ,dip piece of chicken
- Fry for about 10 minutes
- heat olive oil in the pan
- add garlic, cook for 30 seconds
- add sauce with little water, cook for 30 seconds
- add fried chicken & sprinkle sesame seeds
- Serve the fried chicken leg piece
