Ingredients :
- 2 piece of chicken thigh
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp of chilly powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of chat masala
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- 1 lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
How to :
- Mix all together and keep for 30 minutes
- Set the oil to heat ,add pieces of chicken
- Fry for about 10-15 minutes each side in a low heat
- Serve the Chicken Thigh
