Ingredients :
- 1 cup of plain macaroni
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves of garlic(finely chopped)
- 1 medium carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 small tomato(thinly sliced)
- 1 small broccoli(chopped)
- 2 green chilly (chopped)
- 1 tbsp of tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of veg oil
- 1 tbsp of butter
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 egg
How to :
- boil the macaroni for 3 minutes
- drain off the excess water & rinse them under running water
- heat oil & butter in the pan
- add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- add onion,tomato,broccoli & carrot, stir fry for 3 minutes
- add egg & stir fry for 2 minutes
- add pepper, salt & mix well,cook for a minute
- add macaroni & mix well,cook for a minute
- add soy, tomato sauce & 1 tbsp of water in the bowl, mix well & add to the macaroni
- Serve the Macaroni
