Chicken with potato Curry |
Ingredients : - half kilo chicken - 1 medium onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium tomato (finely chopped) - 1 medium potato (chopped) - 1 tbsp of garlic paste - 1 tbsp of ginger paste - 1 tbsp of vegetable oil - 1 glass of water - salt to taste Spices : - 1 tsp of cumin powder - 1 tsp of coriander powder - 1 tsp of garam masala (optional) - 1 tsp of chilly powder - 1/2 tsp of turmeric How to : - heat oil in the pan - add onion, garlic & ginger, cook for 20 seconds - make a paste of spices with little water & add paste, cook for 15 seconds - add chicken, cook for 5 minutes - add tomato & potato,cook for 3 minutes - add salt, cook for 30 seconds - add water & bring it to boil about 5 minutes - simmer for 15 minutes - garnish with coriander & onion (optional) - Serve the Chicken with potato Curry |

Ingredients : - 6-8 pieces of chopped chicken or your desire amount - 2-3 spring onion (chopped) - 3-5 leaves of spinach - little bit of fresh ginger (chopped) - small size of onion (chopped) - black pepper to taste - salt to taste - 2 glass of water How to : - heat the cooker and add water - add chicken and ginger, bring to boil for about 20-30 mins - add pepper and salt to taste - add spring onion,spinach and let simmer for about 8-10 mins - Serve the chicken soup |

Ingredients : - boneless 1/2 kilo chicken or your desire amount - 1 medium onion (chopped in cube) - 1 capsicum (chopped in cube) - 1 tbsp of garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp of ginger (finely chopped) - 1 5-7 green chilly (cut into half) - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp vegetable oil - 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp of tomato sauce - black pepper to taste - salt to taste Spices : - 1 tsp of cumin powder - 1 tsp of coriander powder - 1 tsp of chilly powder How to : - boil the chicken for 10 minutes - take out the chicken into the bowl - mix with soy sauce, tomato sauce & olive oil with chicken - heat the vegetable oil in the pan - add garlic ,ginger and cook for 30 seconds - add all spices, cook for 10 seconds - add onion, capsicum & chilly - add chicken - add salt & black pepper - add little bit of soy sauce (optional) - keep in low heat and cook for about 8-10 minutes - garnish with spring onion & coriander leaves (optional) - Serve the Chilli Chicken |

Ingredients : - 2-4 slices boneless chicken - 2-3 leaves spring onion - 3-4 tbsp tomato sauce - black pepper to taste - 1 tsp garlic (paste) - 1 cup of water - 1 tsp olive oil - salt to taste How to : - boil the chicken - keep it in a bowl and add olive oil and mix with chicken - add chicken in the pan for 30 second - flip the other side keep for 30 second - add spring onion (chopped) into the bowl - add tomato sauce, garlic , pepper, salt & water - mix it and boil it for 2 minutes - add chicken in the plate, put slices of lime on top - add the hot gravy to the chicken - Serve the Sweet & Sour Chicken |

Ingredients : - 1 cup of minced chicken - 1 & 1/2 cup of flour (Maida) - 1 medium size of onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup of carrot (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup of cabbage (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste - 2 tbsp of olive oil - salt to taste - 1 tomato & 3 red chilly How to : - boil 1 tomato & 3 red chilly (about 6-8 minutes) & grind it well (sauce) - mix flour & salt in a bowl, mix well - add water & knead into a dough - mix minced chicken, onion, carrot, cabbage, paste, olive oil - take the dough & make into a small balls and roll out thinly - put 1 tbsp in the middle of wrapper - pinch & twist the edges to seal & make sure that there is no opening - steam in a steamer for about 30 minutes (oil the steamer tray before steaming) - Serve the Chicken Momo with sauce |
