Ingredients :
- boneless 1/2 kilo chicken or your desire amount
- 1 medium onion (chopped in cube)
- 1 capsicum (chopped in cube)
- 1 tbsp of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp of ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 5-7 green chilly (cut into half)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of tomato sauce
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Spices :
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of chilly powder
How to :
- boil the chicken for 10 minutes
- take out the chicken into the bowl
- mix with soy sauce, tomato sauce & olive oil with chicken
- heat the vegetable oil in the pan
- add garlic ,ginger and cook for 30 seconds
- add all spices, cook for 10 seconds
- add onion, capsicum & chilly
- add chicken
- add salt & black pepper
- add little bit of soy sauce (optional)
- keep in low heat and cook for about 8-10 minutes
- garnish with spring onion & coriander leaves (optional)
- Serve the Chilli Chicken
