Egg Curry

Ingredients :
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt to taste

Spices :
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala

How to :
- remove the shell of eggs
- add the chopped onion to the oil in the pan and fry until it turns to light brown
- add all spices cook for 15 seconds
- add garlic ,ginger and cook for 10 seconds
- add tomato and cook for 30 seconds
- add boiled smashed potato, stir and cook for 15 seconds
- add water, salt and bring to a boil
- cover and simmer for about 10 minutes
- add boiled eggs and reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 more minutes
- Serve the Egg Curry
