Ingredients :
- soak the Chickpeas for 3 - 5 hours (250 gram)
- 100 gram of Groundnuts
- 1 medium Onion ( finely chopped)
- 1 medium Carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 medium Cucumber (finely chopped)
- 1 medium Cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1 medium Tomato (finely chopped)
- 2 green chilly (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
How to :
- heat cooker and add soak peas and groundnuts with water
- bring it to whistle about 3 times
- take out only the chickpeas & groundnuts into the bowl
- add all & mix together
- Serve the Chickpeas Salad
